Complaints
- The plants are packed in an appropriate way to aviod damages during transportation.
- The OrchidGarden company will not be held responsible for any damages caused by the delivering party (the postal service or the courier company), therefore, if you notice any damage (CRUMPLING, BREAKING, TEARING, etc.) on receipt of your parcel, open the parcel immediately in the presence of the delivering party and fill in the complaint form provided by the courier or postal service.
- The OrchidGarden company will not be held responsible for any damage caused durring delivery if buyer lives outside Europe Union and decide for shipment without necessary Import Permit – in this case YOU ORDER ON YOUR OWN RISK
- We make every effort to send the plants in good condition. However, if it happens that the plant you received have disease or pest, please inform us about it immediately by email, with attached photo of plant and disease part.
- You can’t make complaints about natural physiological processes, for example: such as falling leaves in for the winter in some species, anthocyane spots (specially on Cattleya), and on small mechanical damages, which do not affect further growth
- The Seller can demand the return of a plant that is the subject of your complaint. In such a case, you should send the product in the same condition as you recived. Taking any cultivating actions, e.g. replanting, dividing, cutting roots or leaves, means that the products have been accepted. When complain will be accepted, cost of return pay seller.
- in exchange for damaged goods, buyer will get money refund, or replacement (depending on the arrangements between the seller and the customer)
- if you live in country outside Europe Union and you chose to make order without Import Permit – it is on buyer risk. Refund for damage plant will be possible only for orders with legal import/export documents
Returns
- According to legal regulations, each Customer have right to return received products within 14 days following receipt of the parcel without giving a reason. Please only inform us, that you want make return. Buyer will get refund full amount he payed for order.
- Products must be returned in good condition, not damage or changed. If you decide to repot, divide plants or taking any other similar actions, it means that you will lose right to return products.
- In case of ‘return without giving a reason’ buyer pay for return shipment
- The right to return without giving reason applies only to the member countries of the European Union
